Shipping policy

Because we curate unique, character-filled pieces from independent artisans worldwide, the majority of our collection is designed primarily for room decor rather than active play.

These beautiful items are intended to bring wonder to the space as decorative treasures and should be kept out of reach of very small hands.

We hope you love your purchase. As a small business, we carefully source and import our collections in limited numbers.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you have changed your mind, we may be able to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Free from marks, damage, or signs of use

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and replacement shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exclusions
We are unable to accept exchanges on:

• Sale items
• Custom or special-order items
• Gift cards

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. For delivery outside these regions, please email us at hello@dearlyla.co.nz and we’ll let you know whether shipping can be arranged.

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Because courier transit times are outside our hands once they leave us, please use these timelines as an approximate guide:

• New Zealand (Domestic): Approximately 2-5 business days via fully tracked courier (please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural delivery or inter-island ferry delays).
• Australia (International): Approximately 3–8 business days via fully tracked air courier.
