Products
We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. As many of our pieces are individually handmade, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, weave, stitching, shape and finish are a natural part of the making process. These variations give each piece its own unique character and are not considered faults or defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by resellers, involve pricing errors, or where products are unavailable. We also reserve the right to limit or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where required.
