Maileg Ballerina Mouse, Big Sister – Light Heather

Of course! If you’re unsure about colours, sizes or any little details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re more than happy to send additional photos, including side-by-side comparisons of different pieces, to help you make an informed decision and feel confident in your purchase.

Our collection includes a thoughtful mix of children’s room decor, toys and imaginative play pieces.

Maileg toys are generally recommended for children aged 3 years and over, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific age recommendations and safety information.

Our decorative pieces are intended for decoration only and are not designed for play. These should be kept out of reach of babies and young children.

If you’re unsure about a particular item, please feel free to get in touch. We’re always happy to help.

We primarily ship within New Zealand and Australia.

If you’ve fallen in love with something and live elsewhere, email us at hello@dearlyla.co.nz with the item you’re interested in and your country. We’ll happily explore shipping options for you!

Please note that international shipping costs may be higher, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees and taxes not included at checkout.

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Because courier transit times are outside our hands once they leave us, please use these timelines as an approximate guide:

• New Zealand (Domestic): Approximately 2-5 business days via fully tracked courier (please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural delivery or inter-island ferry delays).
• Australia (International): Approximately 3–8 business days via fully tracked air courier.

Dear Lyla is an online-only store and we’re unable to offer collection from our business address. If you’re local to Whangārei and need your order quickly, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can and may be able to arrange a convenient local collection point.
